What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify project needs and present actionable data insights
• Contribute to AI use case design, testing, and rollout to improve research workflows
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for structured analyses
• Research and analyze topics related to renewables, grid modernization, and decarbonization
• Monitor advancements in energy technologies, regulations, and market trends

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Essen, Germany with hybrid work model
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field with strong academic performance
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate) and statistical software (R, Python)
• Excellent English communication skills; German skills or willingness to learn desirable
• At least one year of relevant experience in consulting or energy sector
• Familiarity with AI concepts and consulting/energy market dynamics

• Experience with AI tools to enhance knowledge management
