Data Analyst (SaaS)

TL;DR

Data Analyst (SaaS): Monitoring and analyzing Product-Qualified Lead triggers and user adoption patterns to optimize sales and adoption of advanced features. Focus on creating PowerBI reports, performing methodical analysis on product, financial, and performance data, and translating complex insights into business value.

Location: We work hybrid at hirify.global. Must be living and working in the Netherlands.

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 gross annual including holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) triggers, evaluate effectiveness, and optimize scoring models.
• Analyze user adoption patterns and feature usage across the product lifecycle.
• Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness across multiple channels.
• Create PowerBI reports and perform methodical analysis on product, financial, and performance data.
• Collaborate with team members to define priorities, discuss data strategy, and communicate insights.
• Oversee API management, ETL scripts, and end-to-end data workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO or WO level); Computer Science a strong plus.
• 3+ years of work experience as Data Analyst/Data Engineer in a SaaS environment, preferably within commercial teams.
• Understanding of APIs (HubSpot experience a plus).
• Knowledgeable in Power BI and Azure (or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into business insights for stakeholders.
• English: Fluently required; Dutch is a plus.
• Must be living and working in the Netherlands; relocation sponsorships are not provided.
