What you will do

• Lead data analyses and translate them into business recommendations.
• Define dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Define and implement frameworks and methods to track business outcomes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Coach mid-level and junior colleagues on best practices and analytical approaches.
• Act as a sparring partner for clients on data topics (BI, data quality, governance).
• Contribute to hirify.global’s analytics and BI community and help shape standards, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business/data analysis, BI, or analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and connecting data to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with business research methods.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Ideally some previous consulting experience.
