What you will do

  • Set targets and execute sales strategy reporting to Head of Advertising.
  • Develop and implement direct sales approach to build long-term partnerships with agencies and brands.
  • Create performance case studies and organize roadshows to position hirify.global as a premium advertising destination.
  • Manage day-to-day direct sales operations to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Madrid with ability to travel regularly to Barcelona.
  • Proven track record in digital and programmatic sales within the Spanish advertising market.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Strong customer service orientation and decision-making skills involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Native-level spoken and written Spanish is mandatory.
