TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Sales): Generating meetings and creating pipeline by identifying and engaging key prospects with an accent on outbound-first culture where cold calling is a core part of how we win. Focus on building sequences that create urgency and drive replies, and developing a clear account POV.
Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain, or open to self-relocate. Will be hybrid, in-office approximately 1-2 days per week

What you will do
- Convert inbound leads and qualify “in-market” opportunities.
- Prospect into assigned target accounts and self-source new opportunities.
- Cold call regularly and run multichannel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Research accounts, identify the right buyers, and tailor messaging.
- Develop a clear account POV and earn meetings.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and related tools.
Requirements
- You are a self-motivated self-starter with a history of hitting ambitious targets.
- You have grit and resilience: you stay consistent through rejection, learn fast, and keep iterating.
- You are comfortable cold calling and using the phone as a primary channel.
- You have 1+ years of experience in sales/business development, or finance, consulting, or a related analytical field.
- You are located or open to self-relocate to Barcelona
Nice to have
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role including cold calling (sales, SDR/BDR, recruiting, fundraising, or similar)
- Experience engaging technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Apollo, Google Workspace.
