What you will do

• Act as a go-to expert on AI and automation.
• Work with department heads to map processes, uncover bottlenecks, and re-engineer workflows that scale.
• Provide hands-on support to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• Embed automation and AI into daily operations to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
• Integrate AI models and automation logic into core go-to-market systems like HubSpot.
• Build solutions using tools such as Zapier, n8n, or custom APIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation and AI implementation roles.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts, including how APIs work.
• Technical knowledge of at least one modern automation platform (e.g., Zapier or n8n).
• Proactive and curious mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts.
• Proven experience driving change initiatives through effective communication and engagement.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Currently living within commuting distance of Leiden.
