What you will do
- Act as a go-to expert on AI and automation.
- Work with department heads to map processes, uncover bottlenecks, and re-engineer workflows that scale.
- Provide hands-on support to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
- Embed automation and AI into daily operations to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
- Integrate AI models and automation logic into core go-to-market systems like HubSpot.
- Build solutions using tools such as Zapier, n8n, or custom APIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process automation and AI implementation roles.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts, including how APIs work.
- Technical knowledge of at least one modern automation platform (e.g., Zapier or n8n).
- Proactive and curious mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts.
- Proven experience driving change initiatives through effective communication and engagement.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Currently living within commuting distance of Leiden.
