What you will do

• Design, configure, and ship AI agents and automation workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n, and Zapier.
• Identify inefficiencies in Finance, Operations, and Support and build automation solutions to address them.
• Create a library of approved prompts and reusable agent templates to standardize AI usage.
• Lead "Builder Clinics" to empower power-users to build their own AI solutions.
• Consult and advise departments on feasibility, safety, and implementation of AI ideas.

Requirements

• Must hold valid EU work authorization and be eligible to work in the Netherlands or Finland.
• 2–5 years experience with modern AI stack including Azure AI, OpenAI, and LangChain.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools such as Zapier and Power Automate.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical AI concepts to non-technical teams.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to innovate and improve processes.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
