Senior Gameplay Engineer [FTC Remote] (Unreal Engine)

What you will do

• Build responsive, high-performance, scalable, and maintainable gameplay systems in Unreal Engine.
• Debug and optimize complex technical systems.
• Implement and maintain reliable networking for multiplayer gameplay.
• Collaborate with game designers and artists to develop gameplay features.
• Guide and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Strong C++ programming skills and substantial Unreal Engine experience.
• Deep understanding of multiplayer networking.
• Commercial experience shipping multiplayer games.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Must be based in the UK or EU.
