What you will do

• Own and make the social presence genuinely compelling, avoiding corporate or cringe content.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and tastemakers.
• Create viral moments around product launches, features, and company milestones.
• Drive organic buzz across platforms like X, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord.
• Work closely with leadership to shape brand voice and positioning.
• Experiment constantly with hooks, formats, and channels to find what catches fire.

Requirements

• You've made things go viral repeatedly and understand why.
• 1-3 years in growth, marketing, or a founder role at a consumer startup that punched above its weight.
• Deep fluency in internet culture and an instinct for what spreads.
• Hands-on and resourceful approach, including writing posts and direct engagement.
• Excellent taste and communication that is bold without being tone-deaf.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder or early employee at a breakout consumer company.
• Experience building hype around fundraising or major company announcements.
• Grown a personal following or community from scratch.
• Experience with AI products, gaming communities, or emotionally engaging consumer apps.
