What you will do

• Enhance and automate the department’s metrics collection, storage, and visualization processes.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to improve team outcomes.
• Design and enforce efficient workflows across network subteams and departments.
• Plan and track professional development of team members using performance data.
• Support people management decisions and facilitate feedback and mentoring processes.
• Lead project initiatives to improve team processes and work quality.

Requirements

• Location: Must relocate to Limassol, Cyprus
• Experience in network operations, engineering, or IT operations with knowledge of network infrastructure and performance metrics.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, monitoring, incident management, and vendor equipment.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and defining team goals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• English: Professional proficiency required
