What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of priority initiatives and cross-functional projects, defining goals, outcomes, timelines, and ownership.
• Ensure alignment between strategic company goals (OKRs) and ongoing initiatives.
• Provide leadership with clear, transparent views of initiative status and delivery regular reporting.
• Improve processes and communications that impact the execution of business priorities.
• Identify and escalate cross-functional risks and critical dependencies, collaborating with product, engineering, and business leaders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery management.
• Experience working in B2B product or technology companies.
• Hands-on experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with OKRs or similar goal management frameworks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
