Semrush — a global SaaS leader with 10M+ users and 1,700 employees — is hiring an HR Administrator for the HR Process Design Team. This role focuses on benefits administration, employee support, documentation, and improving HR processes in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you’ll do
— Administer global & local benefits (health insurance, wellbeing, pension, allowances)
— Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS & vendor systems
— Process enrollments, terminations, life events & reporting
— Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries
— Support HRBPs and HR Ops in resolving complex issues
— Update policies, documentation & Knowledge Base content
— Handle invoicing, reporting, audits & data reconciliation
— Support renewals, open enrollment & plan updates
— Improve processes and enhance employee experience

What we’re looking for
— 2+ years in HR, Benefits Admin or HR Ops (multi-country experience is a plus)
— Understanding of HR & benefits processes
— Excellent communication & customer service skills
— Strong attention to detail and accuracy
— Ability to manage multiple priorities
— Experience with HRIS (Workday highly preferred)
— Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams & vendors
