What you will do

• Lead discovery, assessment, and design workshops for VMware vSphere/vCenter architectures.
• Design and implement Zerto replication strategies for disaster recovery and workload mobility.
• Plan and execute VM workload migrations with minimal downtime and rollback strategies.
• Develop disaster recovery runbooks and conduct failover/failback testing.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across hypervisor, storage, and network layers.
• Provide enablement and knowledge transfer to client operations teams and collaborate with project managers.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and vCenter in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Zerto replication and disaster recovery solutions.
• VM workload migration experience using vMotion and Cross-vCenter vMotion.
• VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) or higher required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead workshops and client engagements.
• Location: Based in India (Gurugram or Hyderabad) with remote work.

Nice to have

• Zerto Certified Professional (ZCP) or equivalent hands-on expertise.
• Experience with vSAN, DRS/HA, and lifecycle management.
