What you will do

• Design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize VDI and end-user computing environments with clients.
• Deploy endpoint protection technologies and safeguard client identity systems.
• Participate in developing and expanding service delivery standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Project Management teams to achieve service goals.
• Define project scope, manage deployments, and enforce change control procedures.
• Provide knowledge transfer and solution education to clients.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere, ESXi, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Horizon, Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection technologies and identity security systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and profile management solutions.
• Experience with application packaging and delivery (App-V, MSIX, Citrix App Layering).
• Relevant vendor certifications (VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Windows Client or Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Citrix Certified Associate).
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification.
