Salary: $205,700–$266,200 USD (On Target Earnings)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical enablement resource for assigned channel partners.
• Develop partner technical capability for independent solution positioning and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner technical leaders and teams.
• Influence partner technical strategy by aligning hirify.global solutions to partner offerings.
• Plan and deliver technical enablement activities, including QBRs and technical workshops.
• Educate partners on the full hirify.global portfolio, covering infrastructure, data management, and cloud use cases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recent experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies, including storage, data center architecture, networking, and compute.
• 7+ years of experience working with and enabling channel partners in a technical capacity (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect).
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how partners position, sell, and support enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build credibility with senior technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment across partner and internal teams.
