What you will do
- Manage Voice of Customer program operations across multiple feedback channels
- Evaluate, triage, and prioritize customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and R&D leadership to influence product strategy and roadmaps
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline analysis and operational workflows
- Advocate for the customer voice in cross-functional meetings and product discussions
- Refine and track program metrics and proactively optimize processes
Requirements
- Experience in product management, product operations, customer insights, support, or success, ideally in SaaS or developer-focused environments
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into themes and actionable insights
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous, globally distributed environment
- High personal agency, ownership, and initiative
- Desire to grow into R&D or Product roles over time
- Comfortable using AI for automation and analysis
