What you will do

  • Manage Voice of Customer program operations across multiple feedback channels
  • Evaluate, triage, and prioritize customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and R&D leadership to influence product strategy and roadmaps
  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline analysis and operational workflows
  • Advocate for the customer voice in cross-functional meetings and product discussions
  • Refine and track program metrics and proactively optimize processes

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, product operations, customer insights, support, or success, ideally in SaaS or developer-focused environments
  • Strong ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into themes and actionable insights
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous, globally distributed environment
  • High personal agency, ownership, and initiative
  • Desire to grow into R&D or Product roles over time
  • Comfortable using AI for automation and analysis

  • Experience with feedback tooling, insight management systems, or user research processes
