What you will do

• Manage 8–12 complex, concurrent searches for technical talent.
• Develop and lead innovative sourcing and closing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and Finance to influence hiring outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of recruiting tools and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-regional teams.
• Support initiatives with significant cross-regional impact.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto office 3 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years sourcing and screening highly technical, software development talent.
• Experience with ATS platforms required; Lever experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and strategic recruiting skills.
• SaaS recruiting experience preferred.
