What you will do

  • Manage recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt roles, focusing on supply chain and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Identify and attract diverse candidates aligned with company values.
  • Maintain ATS/HCM systems and manage job postings and candidate tracking.
  • Engage in recruitment events and support talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout recruitment.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Bridgewater, NJ or New York, USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years recruitment experience in corporate functions.
  • Experience supporting supply chain and operations in fashion or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic sourcing skills.
