What you will do

  • Lead a global multi-functional team of senior talent acquisition and operational leaders with a clear vision for success and innovation.
  • Define and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth, transformation, and workforce planning.
  • Drive the evolution of hiring practices by integrating AI, automation, and market intelligence.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on workforce planning, critical hiring, and organizational design.
  • Maintain strong external relationships to stay informed on key talent cohorts important to business success.
  • Build a data ecosystem for recruitment analytics ensuring risk, governance, and compliance in a regulated financial environment.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, or London, United Kingdom
  • Proven leadership in scaled talent acquisition strategy and operations.
  • Experience balancing strategic foresight with operational rigor and technology integration.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Passion for inclusive hiring and data-driven strategy delivery.
  • Ability to lead with empathy and foster a culture of development and high performance.
