What you will do
- Lead a global multi-functional team of senior talent acquisition and operational leaders with a clear vision for success and innovation.

- Drive the evolution of hiring practices by integrating AI, automation, and market intelligence.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on workforce planning, critical hiring, and organizational design.
- Maintain strong external relationships to stay informed on key talent cohorts important to business success.
- Build a data ecosystem for recruitment analytics ensuring risk, governance, and compliance in a regulated financial environment.
