TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Coordinator: Coordinating high-volume, complex interviews and providing administrative support within a fast-paced environment with an accent on candidate experience, ATS management, and efficient recruitment workflows. Focus on improving team efficiency and strategy while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple departments and time zones.

Location: Hybrid role based out of our NYC office with the expectation of two days onsite per week.

Salary: $62,400–$77,000 annually

What you will do

  • Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews across multiple departments and time zones.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience through timely communication and updates.
  • Manage all recruitment-related paperwork, including preparing and distributing interview prep documents.
  • Maintain data integrity within Workday ATS, ensuring accurate candidate records and job postings.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate seamless candidate progression.
  • Coordinate Talent Acquisition team meetings and complete ad hoc projects to improve team efficiency and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources, or an administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and proficiency with Google productivity tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with superior attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Robust problem-solving skills, resourceful, and proactive in identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience operating within a professional environment, with direct engagement across all organizational levels.
