- Proactively research and acquire high-potential partners aligned with company strategy.
- Ignite new alliances through first contact, discovery, relationship-building, and value design.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to build joint value propositions and campaigns.
- Scale the partner network across strategic verticals and geographies.
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and iterate on partnership success metrics.
- Empower partners with tools, knowledge, and assets to represent hirify.global effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building or managing partnerships in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proactive, emotionally intelligent, and results-oriented.
