Location: Hybrid in London with 2 days in Soho office

What you will do

Lead product design for mortgage journey products ensuring user-friendly, compliant, and accessible experiences.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, and Compliance.
Drive consumer engagement and funnel conversion through joined-up consumer journey experiences.
Contribute to design system standards and advocate for UI consistency across business verticals.
Manage projects end-to-end from conception to delivery with autonomy and strategic insight.

Requirements

Location: Hybrid role based in London with 2 days in Soho office
English: B2 level or higher (job posted in English)
Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer owning full project lifecycles.
Strong UX, UI, and research skills with ability to run workshops and collaborative sessions.
Experience or willingness to work in regulated environments or property sector is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and navigate ambiguity.
