What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner addressing specific customer pain points and use cases.
  • Identify opportunities and provide tailored, innovative solutions to improve customer success.
  • Optimize team efficiency by refining processes like templates and risk playbooks.
  • Collaborate with customers to build success plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews using data insights.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition and support upsell opportunities through proactive communication.
  • Create prescriptive plans and templated playbooks to help customers achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Chicago, IL, United States
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer success or Salesforce project delivery roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Consultative approach to advising customers and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing complex release processes, compliance, security, and deployment workflows.
  • Proven ability to drive customer adoption and success through strategic planning and relationship building.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global's low-code orchestration, branching strategies, and metadata conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD implementation.
  • Experience integrating ALM tools and providing customer training on hirify.global.
