What you will do

  • Deliver prompt, professional, and actionable responses to customer questions
  • Manage short-term engagements to solve technical needs and de-risk accounts
  • Run proactive outreach campaigns to drive product adoption
  • Provide best-practice guidance to help customers achieve technical goals
  • Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Sales teams for cohesive customer experience
  • Serve as Technical Account Manager during trials as needed and use AI tools to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA, USA
  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as technical account management or support
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile SDKs
  • Strong understanding of software development and API integrations
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage high volume of requests independently

Nice to have

  • Pendo Essentials and Admin certifications
  • Experience with AI assistants, prompt engineering, or generative AI tools
  • Background in Technical Consulting, Product Management, or Solution Architecture
  • Hands-on experience using Pendo
