What you will do
- Act as the primary support and relationship manager for assigned customer accounts.
- Guide customers through feature adoption and best practices to ensure full platform value.
- Proactively identify customer risks, surface opportunities, and escalate issues.
- Partner with internal Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing teams.
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends for strategy and account planning.
- Prepare and deliver regular check-ins, success reviews, and usage reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack).
- Ability to adapt to evolving internal processes and align with shifting team priorities.
