What you will do

• Support the Customer Success team with deep knowledge of US iGaming industry and regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure timely release of hirify.global content and support day-to-day business operations.
• Analyze business and industry data including KPIs, billing, and promotions using analytics tools.
• Produce reports and presentations summarizing business performance.
• Maintain project documentation and process flows.
• Serve as liaison between business and project stakeholders, presenting findings and updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or New York (Tri-State area).
• 3+ years experience in US iGaming industry.
• Proven experience as Business Analyst or similar role with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a global organization and collaborate cross-functionally.
• BA in Business Administration or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
