What you will do
- Lead onboarding and integration of hirify.global’s blockchain services for new customers.
- Manage customer lifecycle including adoption, education, and strategic planning to drive revenue goals.
- Provide consultative guidance and technical support to maximize platform usage.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and timelines.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
- Monitor customer usage and proactively address issues to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years customer success experience in hyper-growth environments.
- 1+ years experience in blockchain technology.
- Experience working at a startup and using CRM tools.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to manage complex customer success plans.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency at least B2 (job posted in English).

- Experience with technical products and blockchain ecosystem knowledge.
