What you will do

• Manage projects using structured methodologies from initiation to completion.
• Engage and liaise with stakeholders across multiple functions and regions.
• Develop and communicate detailed project plans including dependency management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards and budget.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions to implement continuous improvements.
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work setup in Poland with presence in Warsaw or remote.
• English proficiency required; other European languages are a plus.
• 2+ years experience in project management and financial crime compliance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and cultural backgrounds.
