What you will do

• Assist in project design, workstream planning, and day-to-day coordination.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, risk logs, and delivery plans.
• Support senior consultants with functional analysis and operational insights.
• Conduct research and gather information from stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to solution discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, analysis, or operational roles.
• English proficiency at B2-C1.
• One of the following certifications: PRINCE2, PMI, Change Management, or IALEIA Basic Analyst (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of operational processes and ability to work hands-on with project teams.

Nice to have

• Masters degree.
• Experience in law enforcement, security, intelligence, or border management.
