What you will do

• Manage projects through their complete lifecycle and scope.
• Establish and control project milestones, deliverables, and quality assurance.
• Identify and communicate project issues, scope changes, and risks.
• Coordinate with Project Board and key stakeholders.
• Assign tasks, balance team workload, and motivate members.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and conduct project meetings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland and work onsite at the European Commission
• Master's degree and experience leading medium-large ICT projects.
• Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, PM2, or equivalent.
• Experience with data privacy, information security, and EU institutions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
