Pmo Specialist (Information Security): Leading day-to-day transition and organisational change management activities for a large-scale information security risk reduction program with an accent on service transition, impact assessments, and stakeholder communication. Focus on maintaining transition plans, supporting handover processes, and collaborating across business and technology areas.

Location: Hybrid from Warsaw (2/3 days per week onsite)

Salary: 700 - 1000 PLN/day on B2B contract

What you will do

• Lead service transition and organisational change management activities across the programme
• Maintain and improve transition plans and conduct impact assessments
• Support project managers and business units in transition activities
• Develop change management plans and produce transition materials
• Communicate progress to senior stakeholders and leadership
• Support handover of the programme to line organisation

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work from Warsaw office (2/3 days per week)
• English: Daily interaction in an international environment, minimum B2 level
• 5+ years experience in organisational change management and project management
• Experience in senior stakeholder management and financial services or technology risk management
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels
• Immediate availability preferred
