Senior Project Manager for IT Network Project

Senior Project Manager (IT Network): Leading and managing IT project delivery within the DORA Workstream 2 program, focusing on the development and implementation of a management network for ICT assets. Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800–1000 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Lead and manage IT project delivery within the DORA Workstream 2 scope.
• Oversee deployments, migrations, and upgrade activities in core network areas.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams across network, compute, IAM, and monitoring domains.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate tasks for timely and successful project execution.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ensure project documentation and progress tracking using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, including hybrid methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/SAFe).
• Technical background with a good understanding of IT infrastructure (Network, Compute, IAM, monitoring).
• Ability to drive and manage core Network area deployments, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills.
• Experience in Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
• Experience in Program Management.
• Cyber Security knowledge.
