What you will do

• Deliver high-quality instructor-led trainings on AI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and foundational ML concepts both virtually and in-person.
• Design and maintain training modules, labs, and assessments, updating content with latest industry trends and tools.
• Conduct customized corporate workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, and upskilling sessions to ensure high learner satisfaction.
• Support presales by scoping client AI training needs, providing thought leadership, and creating proposals and learning journey maps.
• Innovate training formats and collaborate with internal SMEs and academic partners for curriculum alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• 8–12 years experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or data-related fields with 4–6 years as a corporate trainer or technical educator.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML or GenAI solutions and strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn), GenAI toolsets, and at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with ability to manage large groups and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience developing structured learning journeys or training paths for enterprises.
• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud AI services, or instructional design.
• Experience participating in RFPs for learning programs.
