What you will do

• Architect and lead the design of large-scale, multi-region infrastructure platforms and automation systems.
• Define technical strategy and roadmaps for DevOps platform evolution and modernization.
• Lead complex migration projects involving thousands of applications and critical business systems.
• Drive platform reliability initiatives including SLA definition, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on platform strategy, resource planning, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record of architecting and implementing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python, NodeJS, or Java.
• Expert-level mastery of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization platforms (Kubernetes).
• Comprehensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Enterprise).
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD platform architecture (Jenkins Enterprise, Github Actions).
• English: B2 required
