TL;DR

is a startup working with Aktiia, a venture-backed medtech company that developed the world’s first continuous blood pressure monitor based on extensive Swiss research and clinical validation.
What you will do
- Configure, run, maintain, and improve production and staging environments.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA on configuration and release management.
- Contribute to system architecture focusing on security, scalability, maintainability, cost, and performance using Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop and implement strategies for reliability, disaster recovery, and backups.
- Design SLIs/SLOs, analyze logs and metrics to improve performance end-to-end.
- Implement infrastructure for build automation and CI/CD; drive toolchain automation.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia with hybrid or remote flexibility.
- 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong AWS experience including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and others.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, Unix/Linux systems, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible.
- Fluent English required.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Experience with MongoDB Atlas.
