What you will do

  • Support complex, high-value Developer Platform deals with strategic guidance and proposal structuring.
  • Evangelize and co-sell by joining customer and partner calls to communicate product value.
  • Optimize deal workflows partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and licensing models to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Enable sales teams through training, playbooks, and best practices for positioning and negotiation.
  • Analyze deal performance and funnel market feedback to inform product and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Sweden (remote)
  • 6+ years in business development or sales strategy, preferably in SaaS or developer-focused products.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex multi-year SaaS agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Strong ownership, communication, and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and commercial decision-making.
  • Curiosity and growth mindset with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Background in Product-Led Growth (PLG).
