What you will do

  • Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends and inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards tracking pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Optimize sales workflows and tools to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and BI teams to align data and execution.
  • Support strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve productivity.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, United States
  • 2-3 years experience in Revenue or Sales Operations or Strategy in high-growth SaaS or B2B companies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL and BI tools.
  • Familiarity with GTM analytics, forecasting, or attribution modeling.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams.
