What you will do
- Own sales forecasting processes and develop reports tracking sales and pipeline metrics.
- Manage lead flow and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems like Salesforce and Apollo.
- Support partner operations and strategic alliances with AWS and Databricks.
- Administer CRM and sales tools, document and optimize sales processes.
- Train new sales team members on systems and partner workflows.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Carmel, IN, USA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5+ years experience in business operations, sales, finance, or partner alliance.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and CRM reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
