What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) execution for complex subscription launches within SFDC CPQ.
• Drive process improvement and optimization within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage subscription backlog and ensure roadmap alignment.
• Design, build, and maintain high-impact operational dashboards and KPIs.
• Create comprehensive documentation and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members.

Requirements

• Established operational independence to resolve complex, non-routine operational issues.
• Deep, demonstrated working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) CPQ and Sales Cloud.
• Capacity to perform in-depth analysis and translate data into executable solutions.
• Excellent track record of building effective working relationships across Finance, Sales, Product, and IT.
• Demonstrated ownership over task execution with superior judgment and attention to detail.
