What you will do

• Lead product launches from strategy to execution including messaging and campaign planning.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to understand users and prospects.
• Craft clear value propositions and product narratives for target personas.
• Create sales enablement materials and collaborate with content and design teams.
• Equip sales and customer success teams with tools and training to communicate product value.
• Measure and analyze marketing initiatives to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the EU or able to work remotely within the EU
• 3–5+ years experience in product or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology.
• Proven track record in go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA is a plus.
