Location: Must permanently reside in Ireland, hybrid role with onsite presence in Cork or fully remote if outside commutable distance

What you will do

• Provide technical support and resolution analysis for hirify.global’s software products to business customers
• Assist with installation, deployment, and troubleshooting of software in various environments
• Track and monitor support cases ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Communicate technical issues and solutions across engineering, QA, sales, and support teams
• Escalate critical issues to management and engineering as needed
• Represent customer feedback to improve product quality and serviceability

Requirements

• Must permanently reside in Ireland
• 5+ years experience in IT management and system administration
• Hands-on experience with Mac OS X, Windows, Linux administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with Single Sign On (SSO), Active Directory, Firewalls, DNS, LDAP, and authentication protocols
• Proficient in Linux Shell, PowerShell, and Python scripting
• Knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments and identity access management including PAM
• Excellent communication and time management skills
