Location: USA - Sandy, UT, supporting both office-based and remote users.

What you will do

  • Provide Tier II support for corporate desktop/laptop infrastructure for office-based and remote users.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware/software, including large Windows upgrades.
  • Manage user rights, security settings, and Active Directory via Microsoft's Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).
  • Support network components (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switches, routers, wireless) and VPN connectivity.
  • Implement and support backup technologies, anti-virus solutions, and mobile devices (iPhone, Android, InTune).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT support for LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless infrastructure that has both office-based and remote end-users.
  • Experience meeting all the IT needs of a local office, from new hires to troubleshooting and being the face of IT globally.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent work experience).
  • CompTIA A+ or MCP certifications.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot & SCCM.
  • ServiceNow (SNOW) service management experience.
  • FortiClient VPN experience.
