What you will do
- Provide Tier II support for corporate desktop/laptop infrastructure for office-based and remote users.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware/software, including large Windows upgrades.
- Manage user rights, security settings, and Active Directory via Microsoft's Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).
- Support network components (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switches, routers, wireless) and VPN connectivity.
- Implement and support backup technologies, anti-virus solutions, and mobile devices (iPhone, Android, InTune).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT support for LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless infrastructure that has both office-based and remote end-users.
- Experience meeting all the IT needs of a local office, from new hires to troubleshooting and being the face of IT globally.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.

- CompTIA A+ or MCP certifications.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot & SCCM.
- ServiceNow (SNOW) service management experience.
- FortiClient VPN experience.
