What you will do
- Become the subject-matter expert on hirify.global’s REST API and guide customers on authentication, endpoint usage, and data workflows.
- Provide step-by-step technical support via email and live calls to external developers building integrations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose API issues by analyzing payloads, logs, and webhook events.
- Create developer assets such as code examples, Postman collections, help articles, and video guides.
- Collaborate internally with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to improve API and integration experience.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States (remote role).
- 5+ years experience supporting developers with API integrations.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, and webhooks.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging sample code (Python, cURL, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills for technical explanations.
