What you will do
- Lead and grow the Developer Relations & Platform Experience team, including developer advocates and engineers.
- Own and evolve open-source tooling, SDKs, and AI integrations for the hirify.global Developer Platform.
- Bridge developers and internal product/engineering teams to align AI-powered platform capabilities with real-world needs.
- Collect and translate developer feedback from public forums and community contributions into actionable roadmap insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define high-quality, seamless developer solutions.
- Coach, mentor, recruit, and retain top DevRel and engineering talent in a rapidly evolving AI environment.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or Canada and able to work fully remote.
- Experience managing engineers and developer advocates in hybrid DevRel and engineering environments.
- Strong technical fluency with developer tooling, SDKs, APIs, and AI ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AI developer workflows including LLM APIs, retrieval systems, embeddings, and automation tooling.
- Proven ability to engage developer communities and manage open-source projects.
- Experience managing remote, distributed teams and driving projects to completion.

- Experience scaling teams, systems, and processes in fast-paced environments.
- Background in cybersecurity or SaaS product companies.
