What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement DevOps strategies to optimize system performance, scalability, and security
• Design and manage cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure solutions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and enforce security best practices and compliance
• Collaborate with development, security, and IT teams to align DevOps initiatives with business goals

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA (Atlanta, Richardson, or Sandy)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
• 8+ years in DevOps with 3+ years in leadership/management roles
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and security compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001)

• Experience with Kubernetes security (RBAC, network policies)
• Knowledge of serverless computing, microservices, and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
