What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement DevOps strategies to optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
• Design and manage cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and optimize CI/CD pipelines using various tools.
• Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Enforce security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years in DevOps, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance.
