What you will do

• Collaborate with product and design leadership to define team roadmap and priorities
• Design and review technical solutions and architecture
• Provide feedback on code reviews and support technical decision-making
• Contribute hands-on through coding and code reviews
• Support career growth and development of direct reports through 1:1 meetings
• Participate actively in hiring to grow the engineering team

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Toronto with hybrid work attendance
• Proven success in people leadership in software development for large scale SaaS products
• Strong hands-on software development background
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and adapt roadmaps
• Experience hiring, coaching, and retaining engineering talent
• Growth mindset with interest in AI and process improvement
