What you will do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a customer liaison.
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion through proactive business reviews and usage monitoring.
- Act as a trusted advisor with a customer-first mindset to understand business needs and advocate internally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, support, sales, and engineering teams to align goals and deliver success.
- Identify upsell opportunities and support account renewals in partnership with Account Managers.
- Use data and insights to drive meaningful change and demonstrate impact.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
- 2-4+ years experience in Customer Success, Relationship or Account Management in SaaS.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships, mitigate churn, and drive renewals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
