What you will do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business and technical needs.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to manage requirements, resolve issues, and ensure product delivery.
- Support customers through onboarding, training, and effective platform utilization.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, leading strategic engagements and adoption planning.
- Act as a primary point of contact and internal advocate, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices within the account management team.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or IT Project/Delivery Management.
- Ability to understand IT system architecture and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
