What you will do

• Lead the team building next-generation audio SDKs for real-time audio AI tools.
• Collaborate with AI/ML Researchers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and DSP specialists.
• Guide technical delivery, shape SDK architecture, and ensure product quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of C++ developers.
• Make architectural decisions in C++, audio processing, and cross-platform development.
• Foster team growth, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Manager, Engineering Manager, or Technical Lead in software development.
• Strong technical foundation in C++, cross-platform development, and system design.
• Proven experience developing SDKs or libraries in audio or media.
• Knowledge of AI model inference (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX).
• Understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA, Metal, Vulkan, DirectML).
• Background in audio DSP, real-time audio, media SDKs, or plug-in development, combined with a people-first leadership style.
