What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies to achieve regional sales and market share targets
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Implement and improve sales processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales consultants, fostering motivation and skill growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and ensure positive partner experiences
  • Provide accurate sales reporting and performance management

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in South Africa (Cape Town)
  • B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS, digital sales, or online marketplace with team management
